How to Fit a Wrap-Around Human Hair Ponytail
Share
A removable ponytail can change your look without a permanent extension installation. The fit matters as much as the length: the base should feel supported, comfortable and secure before you leave home.
Prepare a comfortable base
Gather your own hair into a ponytail that can support the attachment without pulling painfully. Position it where you want the finished style to sit. A longer extension creates more leverage, so do not use extra tightness to compensate for weight. If your hair cannot support the attachment comfortably, choose another styling approach.
Follow the fastening system
The ponytails in this collection use an inner comb and a wrap-around strap with a hook-and-loop fastening. Position the comb carefully at the base, secure the strap and arrange the wrap to cover the attachment. Keep loose hair away from the fastening so it does not catch. Check the exact product instructions and practise slowly before trying to get ready in a hurry.
Check movement and remove gently
Turn your head, sit down and check the style from the side and back. The extension should not shift or create tension. Match the colour against your own lengths in daylight, remembering that screens can alter its appearance. To remove, release the wrap and comb without dragging them through your hair, then detangle and store the extension separately.
Choose a length you can support comfortably
The collection offers lengths from 30–90 cm in five colour and texture combinations. Before choosing a long piece, consider the support available from your own ponytail and the amount of hair you want to manage.
Compare the wrap-around ponytails. Check the selected colour, texture and length on the product page before adding to basket.
