   Mrs. R Sypriano is an online retailer specialising exclusively in human hair lace wigs, ponytails, and fringes.
   We are not a manufacturer. All products offered for sale on this website are physically held in stock, inspected, and ready for prompt dispatch from the United Kingdom.

3. Product Information
   We aim to provide accurate descriptions, photos, measurements, and colours. Slight variations may occur due to manufacturing differences, lighting and screen settings, and handmade features on lace wigs. Such variations do not constitute defects.

4. Pricing & Payments
   All prices are displayed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to update prices, promotions, and shipping fees at any time.
   Payment must be completed at checkout. Orders are only processed once full payment is received.

5. Order Processing
   Orders placed before the applicable cut-off time may be dispatched the same day. Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, and the maximum dispatch time is 2 business days during busy periods or unexpected delays.
   You will receive email updates regarding order confirmation and shipping details.

6. Shipping
   Shipping times vary based on destination and courier availability. Once dispatched, shipping delays caused by couriers or customs are outside our control.
   Please ensure your address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Returns & Refunds
   Due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, returns are only accepted when the item is unopened, unused, and has all seals, lace, knots, hygiene stickers, and packaging intact.

   Defects caused by manufacturing errors may qualify for replacement or refund. We may request photos or videos for verification.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items
   If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, notify us within 48 hours of delivery at fullhairbrasil@gmail.com. We will investigate and provide a suitable resolution.

9. Use of Products
   Our products require correct application, care, and removal. We offer support via WhatsApp and email for product selection, installation tips, lace wig care, and general product-care guidance.
   However, we are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect application or misuse.
