No items are made-to-order. Everything listed on our website is physically in stock and ready to be shipped.

4. Tracking Information

All orders are shipped with tracking.
You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Please allow a short time for the courier to update tracking events in their system.


5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is:

  • Up to date

We cannot reroute packages once they have been dispatched, and we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

Once your parcel is handed to Evri or Royal Mail, delivery time and handling become the responsibility of the courier.

However, we are here to help.

If your parcel is:

  • Severely delayed

  • Showing no movement

  • Marked as delivered but not received

Please contact us so we can assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.

For damaged packages, please provide photos within 48 hours of delivery.


7. Customs & Import Fees (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to:

  • Tax charges

These costs vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.
