At Mrs. R Sypriano, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products — including lace wigs, hair extensions, adhesives, removers, and styling products — we cannot accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

Please review the conditions below before placing your order:

We accept returns only if:

• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

• The security seals, lace, knots, tags, or hygiene stickers are intact

• The product shows no signs of handling, trying on, or installation

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items (for hygiene reasons)

To comply with UK hygiene regulations, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Lace wigs (if opened, tried on, cut, styled, or handled)

• Hair extensions

• Adhesives, glues, gels, sprays, melts

• Removers and solvents

• Styling products

• Clearance or final sale items

4. Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item arrives at our warehouse and passes inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos.
We will replace the item at no additional cost.

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
