Return & Refund Policy — Mrs. R Sypriano

At Mrs. R Sypriano, your satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of lace wigs, human hair ponytails, and human hair fringes, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items.

1. Eligible Returns
   We accept returns only when:
   • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
   • Security seals, lace, knots, tags, and hygiene stickers are intact
   • The product shows no signs of handling, trying on, cutting, styling, or installation
   You have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

2. Non-Returnable Items
   For hygiene and safety reasons, lace wigs, human hair ponytails, and human hair fringes cannot be returned or refunded if they have been opened, tried on, cut, styled, installed, or handled.
   Clearance and final-sale items are non-returnable.

3. Return Process
   To request an eligible return, email fullhairbrasil@gmail.com with your order number, full name, reason for return, and photos where applicable.
   Customers are responsible for return postage for eligible returns. If an item is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return and replacement costs.

4. Refunds
   Once an eligible return is received and inspected, any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method.
   For damaged or incorrect items, we may request photos or videos before arranging a replacement or refund.
